The Christadelphian Blaspemy

Your probably wondering why I would cover such a topic as this, the question is Why Not?

I have experienced & encountered meeting many Christadelphians in my time, and yes they are are cult in their own right, and to what would make me think or say that.

It comes under the Issue Of Blasphemy, they say they understand The Jewish Thought in the Time of Jesus & decide to make up Riddles about who or what Jesus was Speaking about in His Parables, appearing to make Jesus out to be a Liar.

So what would make me think that Christadelphians would Commit Blasphemy & Blasphemy of who?

so lets look to the Old Testament(Tanakh) of What it Says on the Issue Of Blasphemy:

Exo 22:28  “You must not blaspheme God or curse the ruler of your people.(NET bible)
Exo 22:28  (22:27) “You are not to curse God, and you are not to curse a leader of your people. (CJB)
Exo 22:28  You shall not revile God [the judges as His agents] or esteem lightly or curse a ruler of your people. (AMP)
Exo 22:28  “Do not revile Elohim, nor curse a ruler of your people. (The Scriptures 1998+)
Exo 22:28  You shall not revile God, nor curse the ruler of your people. (MKJV)

Lev 24:10  And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;
Lev 24:11  And the Israelitish woman’s son blasphemed the name of the LORD, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)
Lev 24:12  And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be shewed them.
Lev 24:13  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Lev 24:14  Bring forth him that hath cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.
Lev 24:15  And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin.
Lev 24:16  And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the LORD, shall be put to death. (KJV)

Num 15:28  The cohen will make atonement before Adonai for the person who makes a mistake by sinning inadvertently; he will make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven —
Num 15:29  no matter whether he is a citizen of Isra’el or a foreigner living with them. You are to have one law for whoever it is that does something wrong by mistake.
Num 15:30  ” ‘But an individual who does something wrong intentionally, whether a citizen or a foreigner, is blaspheming Adonai. That person will be cut off from his people.
Num 15:31  Because he has had contempt for the word of Adonai and has disobeyed his command, that person will be cut off completely; his offense will remain with him.’ ” (CJB)
Num 15:28  And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
Num 15:29  Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
Num 15:30  But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Num 15:31  Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.(KJV)

Deu 31:20  For I wyll bryng them into the lande which I sware vnto their fathers, that floweth with mylke and honye: and they shall eate, and fyll them selues, and waxe fat, and turne vnto strauge gods, and serue them, and blaspheme me, and breake my couenaunt. (Bishops)
Deu 31:20  For when I shall have brought them into the land which I sware unto their fathers, that floweth with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and waxen fat; then will they turn unto other gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
Deu 31:21  And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware. (KJV)

As we see here in the Issue of Blasphemy Of God, In the Exodus verse the people are shown not to Blaspheme God, in the Leviticus verse we see an example of what happens to someone who Blasphemed God, that they shall be put to death, in the Numbers verses we see the Preisthood shown that they will not do the Atonement of anyone Who Blaspheme the Name Of God, and that they will be also cut off from among the congregation of Israel, and in Deuteronomy it covers Israel when God brings them into the Land God Promised them, that should they Blaspheme God, he will bring to pass, should they go worship other gods than God of Israel & blaspheme God by breaking their Covenant with him, that He will bring or let evil come upon them, which shall testify against them for what they had done.

To Be Continued in Part 2.

The Great Joy Of Reconciliation.

This week has been an interesting week, from the beginning unto its end from the 5th of September to the 10th.

Starting off with the week of the Lord mainly Showing me in dreams, and burning it in Spirit of the Importance of Reconciliation, for without Reconciliation between God & man, God could’ve chosen to Destroy Adam & Eve on the Spot when they had transgressed His Command, by the influence of the Serpent.

The Relationship between God & man would’ve become null & void.

Out of Gods Goodness, He had things set in Place to Redeem & Reconcile mankind to Himself.

Over the past couple of weeks, God has bought reconciling of Friends, who I knew that were caught up in the same Christian type cult, that I had once attended with them, until the Lord pulled me out, by a way I knew not expected.

Since the reconciling with these Brothers & Sisters in Christ, it  has bought Healing back into my life at a time when it was needed.

From hearing their own experiences of what they went through, and to hear of How the Lord also gave one of them Words of the Lord to that particular Christian type cult, which confirmed, Dreams, the Lord has Started showing me about a year ago, maybe longer.

In my last lot of dreams in relation to that Particular Christian type cult, The Lord has also covered the Area of Reconciliation with them, not just for myself, but many others, who have been Spiritually Abused or Harmed by them in Any Way.

What a wonderful thing to look forward too, Reconciliation done God’s Way, Praise the Lord.

So here are scriptures from the Word Of God, covering the topic of Reconciliation.Enjoy.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 30

So now lets cover Baalzebub in the Old Testament and to how this devil is addressed in Scripture.

So lets start off in the book of 2nd kings chapter starting from verse 2 onwards:

(2Ki 1:2 KJV)  And Ahaziah fell down through a lattice in his upper chamber that was in Samaria, and was sick: and he sent messengers, and said unto them, Go, enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron whether I shall recover of this disease.
(2Ki 1:3 KJV)  But the angel of the LORD said to Elijah the Tishbite, Arise, go up to meet the messengers of the king of Samaria, and say unto them, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that ye go to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron?

As we look at the beginning of verse 2 we have Ahaziah sending his messengers to go enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron, to see if he would recover of his disease, now the very fact that he had inquired of a pagan god, is that he may have received answers from Baalzebub before in the Past with the Evil Spirit behind the Idol, moving into verse 3 we see the angel of the LORD, speaking to Elijah the Tishbite, to arise to meet up with the messengers of the king of the northern kingdom of Samaria, to give a question to the messengers.

Now the next verses:

2Ki 1:4  Now therefore thus saith the LORD, Thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die. And Elijah departed.
2Ki 1:5  And when the messengers turned back unto him, he said unto them, Why are ye now turned back?
(2Ki 1:6 KJV)  And they said unto him, There came a man up to meet us, and said unto us, Go, turn again unto the king that sent you, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that thou sendest to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron? therefore thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.

In verse 4 we see Elijah telling the messengers after the question that  Ahaziah will surely die, in verse 5 we see the return of the messengers to the King, by verse 6 they deliver the message to King Ahaziah, indicating that he will die because of this action.

Now the next verses:

2Ki 1:7  And he said unto them, What manner of man was he which came up to meet you, and told you these words?
2Ki 1:8  And they answered him, He was an hairy man, and girt with a girdle of leather about his loins. And he said, It is Elijah the Tishbite.
2Ki 1:9  Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down.

In these verses we see the king starting to ask of his messengers of who spoke to his messengers, to which 1 answers, that it was Elijah the Tishbite, into verse 9 we see the King, sending soldiers unto Elijah acknowledging as a man of God.

Now the next verses:

2Ki 1:10  And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
2Ki 1:11  Again also he sent unto him another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly.
2Ki 1:12  And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

In verses 10-12 we see Elijah the Prophet being tested by the king of the northern kingdom of Samaria, that he is indeed a man of God.

To the next verses:

2Ki 1:13  And he sent again a captain of the third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray thee, let my life, and the life of these fifty thy servants, be precious in thy sight.
2Ki 1:14  Behold, there came fire down from heaven, and burnt up the two captains of the former fifties with their fifties: therefore let my life now be precious in thy sight.
2Ki 1:15  And the angel of the LORD said unto Elijah, Go down with him: be not afraid of him. And he arose, and went down with him unto the king.

In verses 13-15 we see the same test once again, until they do acknowledge they did encounter the man of God, by verse 15 we see the angel of the LORD then tell Elijah to go to king Ahaziah.

Now next verses:

(2Ki 1:16 KJV)  And he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Forasmuch as thou hast sent messengers to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron, is it not because there is no God in Israel to enquire of his word? therefore thou shalt not come down off that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.
2Ki 1:17  So he died according to the word of the LORD which Elijah had spoken. And Jehoram reigned in his stead in the second year of Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah; because he had no son.
2Ki 1:18  Now the rest of the acts of Ahaziah which he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

Here in verse 16 we see Elijah  confirming the Word that he gave to the kings messengers, confirming that he will die, in verse 17 we see confirmation of his death, which the Word was giving to Elijah by the angel of the LORD, in the end of verse 17 we see the new king to reign in Ahaziah’s places being Jehoram, and the verse completes itself in verse 18.

This completes this in Part 30, To be continued in God’s time.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 29

In this Post, I will cover using scripture, how Angels when used of God, bring Literal Death, when they Fight the Earthly Body, seeing they are a Spiritual body.

  1. Smoting.
  2. Destroying.
  3. & Cutting Off.

Angels Smoting(Bringing Literal Death)
2Ki 19:35  And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.
Isa 37:36  Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.
2Sa 24:17  And David spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father’s house.

Angels Destroying(Bringing Literal Death)
1Ch 21:15  And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the LORD beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.
1Ch 21:12  Either three years’ famine; or three months to be destroyed before thy foes, while that the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee; or else three days the sword of the LORD, even the pestilence, in the land, and the angel of the LORD destroying throughout all the coasts of Israel. Now therefore advise thyself what word I shall bring again to him that sent me.
2Sa 24:16  And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD was by the threshingplace of Araunah the Jebusite.

Angels Cutting Off(Bringing Literal Death)
Exo 23:23  For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.
2Ch 32:21  And the LORD sent an angel, which cut off all the mighty men of valour, and the leaders and captains in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land. And when he was come into the house of his god, they that came forth of his own bowels slew him there with the sword.

This next part covering Angels is covering Evil Angels & Holy Angels shown both in Spiritual Warfare, and God having them under his Subjection to Bring Literal Death.

Sending Evil Angels(aka Satans Fallen Angels/devils/demons/evil spirits/unclean spirits)(Bringing Literal Death)
Psa 78:49  He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
Psa 78:50  He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
Psa 78:51  And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

Now with this linking to what happened to the Egyptians, lets see another name for the Head Spiritual Principality, that was with these Evil Angels, bringing Death on the Egyptians.

We find in scripture, it is called the Destroyer, with these examples mainly used in the Hebrew under H7843, making the Spiritual connection to what is quoted in this Psalm of the Evil Angels.

h7843
(Exo 12:23 KJV)  For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

(Pro 28:24 KJV)  Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same is the companion of a destroyer.

(Jer 4:7 KJV)  The lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.
(Jer 4:7 KJV+)  The lionH738 is come upH5927 from his thicket,H4480 H5441 and the destroyerH7843 of the GentilesH1471 is on his way;H5265 he is gone forthH3318 from his placeH4480 H4725 to makeH7760 thy landH776 desolate;H8047 and thy citiesH5892 shall be laid waste,H5327 withoutH4480 H369 an inhabitant.H3427

Here are 4 more different uses of Destroyer used in scripture, but with different Hebrew & Greek Meaning and usage.

h2717
(Jdg 16:24 KJV)  And when the people saw him, they praised their god: for they said, Our god hath delivered into our hands our enemy, and the destroyer of our country, which slew many of us.
(Jdg 16:24 KJV+)  And when the peopleH5971 sawH7200 him, they praisedH1984 (H853) their god:H430 forH3588 they said,H559 Our godH430 hath deliveredH5414 into our handsH3027 (H853) our enemy,H341 and the destroyerH2717 of our country,H776 whichH834 slew manyH7235 (H853) H2491 of us.

Now if both Evil Angels & Holy Angels are able to bring Literal Death, this then destroys the Christadelphian Claim that Michael was fighting the Literal Empires in the Flesh and they would never have taken over the Babylonian Empire, before they even rose into existence in Daniels time, So therefore, Michael was warring against something that which was also of the Spiritual Realm, and represented Satan/Devil, Lucifer/Hillel and also called the Anointed Cherub, which represented those Physical Empires in the Spiritual.

Daniel told by Angel, that Angels of God, experience warfare from fallen(Evil) angels who are Princes of Empires to Come.
Dan 10:7  And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
Dan 10:8  Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
Dan 10:9  Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground.
Dan 10:10  And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.
Dan 10:11  And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.
Dan 10:12  Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
Dan 10:13  But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
Dan 10:14  Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.
Dan 10:15  And when he had spoken such words unto me, I set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb.
Dan 10:16  And, behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake, and said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength.
Dan 10:17  For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me.
Dan 10:18  Then there came again and touched me one like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me,
Dan 10:19  And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.
Dan 10:20  Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.
Dan 10:21  But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

Dan 9:19  O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
Dan 9:20  And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;
Dan 9:21  Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
Dan 9:22  And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
Dan 9:23  At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.
Dan 9:24  Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Now the Anointed Cherub:

God tells Story of one of his own fallen Angels to king of Tyrus
Eze 28:11  Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Eze 28:12  Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
Eze 28:13  Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
Eze 28:14  Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
Eze 28:15  Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
Eze 28:16  By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
Eze 28:17  Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
Eze 28:18  Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
Eze 28:19  All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

Now Lucifer which in the Hebrew here is translated Hillel:

God Tells the Story of one of His own Angels who fell to Nebuchanezzar
Isa 14:4  That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
Isa 14:5  The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers.
Isa 14:6  He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
Isa 14:7  The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.
Isa 14:8  Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.
Isa 14:9  Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
Isa 14:10  All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?
Isa 14:11  Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
Isa 14:12  How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
Isa 14:13  For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isa 14:14  I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isa 14:15  Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Isa 14:16  They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
Isa 14:17  That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?
Isa 14:18  All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.
Isa 14:19  But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
Isa 14:20  Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

This also shows by this Lucifer/Hillel is responsible of many of the Devils mentioned in the Old Testament that were made of Wood & Stone Idols for Pagan Worship in covering this topic.

That completes this section, moving into Part 30, I will cover the use of Baalzebub in the OT.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 28

So lets look to see how these Angels have been used in scripture, starting off with the 1st 3 basic areas of:

  1. Bringing Sustenance.
  2. Deliverance.
  3. & Driving Out.

Angels Providing Sustanance
1Ki 19:7  And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.
1Ki 19:5  And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.

Angels Deliverance
Psa 34:7  The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

Angels Driving Out
Exo 33:2  And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

The next example of how Angels are used in these next examples:

  1. Shown as Armed Spiritual beings.
  2. Bringing Judgement upon sinners
  3. & Bringing a message.

Armed Angels
1Ch 21:30  But David could not go before it to enquire of God: for he was afraid because of the sword of the angel of the LORD.

Executing judgement on sinners by angels
Exo 32:34  Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.

Angelic Visitation for messages
Jdg 13:20  For it came to pass, when the flame went up toward heaven from off the altar, that the angel of the LORD ascended in the flame of the altar. And Manoah and his wife looked on it, and fell on their faces to the ground.

The next Example is of Gods intervention with Angels bringing:

  • Blindness
  • & Death to Israel’s Enemy.

Angels used to Literally Blind Israel’s Enemy.
2Ki 6:1  And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.
2Ki 6:2  Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.
2Ki 6:3  And one said, Be content, I pray thee, and go with thy servants. And he answered, I will go.
2Ki 6:4  So he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood.
2Ki 6:5  But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
2Ki 6:6  And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.
2Ki 6:7  Therefore said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it.
2Ki 6:8  Then the king of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a place shall be my camp.
2Ki 6:9  And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down.
2Ki 6:10  And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice.
2Ki 6:11  Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel?
2Ki 6:12  And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.
2Ki 6:13  And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.
2Ki 6:14  Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about.
2Ki 6:15  And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?
2Ki 6:16  And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
2Ki 6:17  And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
2Ki 6:18  And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto the LORD, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.

Death to Israel’s Enemy By God Intervening

2Ch 20:7  Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?
2Ch 20:8  And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein for thy name, saying,
2Ch 20:9  If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.
2Ch 20:10  And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not;

2Ch 20:13  And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.
2Ch 20:14  Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation;
2Ch 20:15  And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.
2Ch 20:16  To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.
2Ch 20:17  Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

2Ch 20:20  And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
2Ch 20:21  And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.

2Ch 20:23  For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.
2Ch 20:24  And when Judah came toward the watch tower in the wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped.
2Ch 20:25  And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away the spoil of them, they found among them in abundance both riches with the dead bodies, and precious jewels, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away: and they were three days in gathering of the spoil, it was so much.
2Ch 20:26  And on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah; for there they blessed the LORD: therefore the name of the same place was called, The valley of Berachah, unto this day.
2Ch 20:27  Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for the LORD had made them to rejoice over their enemies.
2Ch 20:28  And they came to Jerusalem with psalteries and harps and trumpets unto the house of the LORD.
2Ch 20:29  And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries, when they had heard that the LORD fought against the enemies of Israel.
2Ch 20:30  So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet: for his God gave him rest round about.

The next Example of Angels are:

  • Guarding the Tree Of Life.

Angels used to Stand Guard of the Tree Of Life.
Gen 3:22  And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Gen 3:23  Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
Gen 3:24  So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 27

In part 27, I’d like to make reference to Jesus Christ’s reference to other spiritual beings, we have already covered the spiritual entity called the Devil/Satan & his angels, when you have read through previous parts, now we will cover him making reference to the Holy angels.

Mat 25:31  When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

Now in this verse, Jesus Christ is referring to His return coming in Glory, with his holy angels, they are Holy because they chose to stay in Gods Holy Will, here is our next verse from the book of John.

Joh 1:51  And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

In this verse we see Jesus Christ, showing the some of the operation of how these Holy angels working alongside with Jesus Christ, in his Heavenly/Spiritual Body made flesh, in reference to Ministering for him.

Now we will move into this next verse, where Jesus makes reference to the angels once again.

Mat 26:53  Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

In this account in the time of Jesus Christ being taken by the guard after Judas Iscariot had betrayed him with a kiss, He says that he could call upon over 12 legions of Holy Angels for his Protection or to stop this event, now moving into the book of John, we see Jesus using the term servants instead of Angels, and still makes reference, that they are not of this physical world.

Joh 18:33  Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?
Joh 18:34  Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?
Joh 18:35  Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done?
Joh 18:36  Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.
Joh 18:37  Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Also looking upon this scripture in regards to these Angels, what did Jesus mean that these Angels would fight for him?

The answer we be presented in Part 28, showing how God used not only Holy Angels in the Old Testament, but also Evil Angels, and the event which link the Evil Angels being used in the Old Testament.

To be continued in Part 28.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 26

Just as Paul spoke of the 1st Adam being an Earthly Body, here we come across in scripture, to the Spiritual Body, that being the Body of Jesus Christ, of His Heavenly Body, which came in the Flesh, as seen in John chapter 1, so let us go to scripture to the area by which this Spiritual Body was Conceived, starting off with the verses in Matthew Chapter 1 verses 18 & 20.

Mat 1:18  Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
Mat 1:20  But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

Now looking at verse 18, Mary was espoused or betrothed to Joseph, and she was found with Child, being Jesus Christ conceived by that which is Spiritual being by that of the Holy Ghost/Spirit, and in verse 20 we are shown that again by an Angel of the Lord confirming that to Joseph in a Dream, that which that is in Her is Spiritual Body that is to become flesh, not like any ordinary Earthly Flesh like that of Adam, which both Joseph & Mary are made of the same earthly Flesh, that which is below, as for Jesus Christ, he is of the Heavenly Flesh, which is from Above.

Now another thing to bring up before showing the additional witness verses to this, we must remember, that which is Spiritual, is able to discern that which is Spiritual, far greater than any other human being of the earthly flesh can fathom, seeing it Pre-existed in places where our earthly body can’t comprehend, and that the Holy Spirit, as Shown earlier that God is Spirit, and God’s Spirit is also Holy, conceived this Spiritual Being.

Now lets now move to the book of Luke covering this conception.

Luk 1:26  And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
Luk 1:27  To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.
Luk 1:28  And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
Luk 1:29  And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
Luk 1:30  And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
Luk 1:31  And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luk 1:32  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Luk 1:33  And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
Luk 1:34  Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
Luk 1:35  And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

In these verses we see the Angel Gabriel sent from God, to inform Mary, that she will have the Holy Spirit conceive in her Womb a Son, Who was & Is the Son of God, whom Gabriel knew of in the Spiritual, and that his name is called Jesus/Yeshua to those who want to acknowledge his name in the Hebrew, so by this we have a Spiritual being confirming the Coming of that which is a Heavenly Body to become Flesh, not like the Flesh of Adam able to be tempted and fall so Easily, A Spiritual body, that is able to conquer Physical Fleshly Death unlike that of the Flesh of Adam.

Now covering the short recording of the Growth of Jesus Christ in scripture we will jump to these verses:

Luk 2:40  And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
Luk 2:52  And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.

Both of these verses cover Jesus Christ, the Heavenly/Spiritual Body in the Flesh, in verse 40 we see like any child he grew, if a child doesn’t grow, they still remain a child, it then says, he waxed strong in spirit, what Spirit was he conceived of again, the answer is the Holy Spirit of God, Filled with Wisdom, which can only be Gods Wisdom and Gods Grace was within Him, verse 52, we see stature being mentioned, indicating he grew older, an he already have Favour with God, for John says he was God in a Heavenly Flesh, and Favour with man.

So lets start to cover the baptism of Jesus Christ by John in scripture, starting off with Matthews Account:

Mat 3:13  Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
Mat 3:14  But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
Mat 3:15  And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
Mat 3:16  And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
Mat 3:17  And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Here we see Jesus coming to the Jordan to be baptized of John, who was preaching on repentance, john knowing this also taught on when Jesus comes, would baptize with the Holy Ghost & with Fire, for the Righteousness to be bought in, he recieves the baptism by John, which is also seen in the following when posted, in Luke & John, we then see witness of Heaven opening up & a Voice confirming that this is the Son Of God in the Flesh, saying he is well pleased, which is very similar to God saying in creation, that it is Good, and can be found in the Psalms.

Here are the other witnessing verses in Luke & John.

Luk 3:21  Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
Luk 3:22  And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Joh 1:29  The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Joh 1:30  This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
Joh 1:31  And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.
Joh 1:32  And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.
Joh 1:33  And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
Joh 1:34  And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
Joh 1:35  Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;
Joh 1:36  And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

Now after the baptism, we know Jesus was taken into the wilderness, remember, Jesus is the Heavenly Body in the Flesh now, so lets see what he encounters to tempt him in the wilderness.

Mat 4:1  Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
Mat 4:11  Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
Mar 1:13  And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.
Luk 4:1  And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

As we first look into these verses, we see Jesus Christ was led by the Spirit, remembering, this is the Spiritual Body in the flesh, which is unable to be tempted because it is from Heaven above, 1st thing see to come tempt him, is yes, that which is also a spiritual being representing evil, Satan Aka Devil himself, so we come to another conclusion by which the Christadelphians must accept that not only Jesus is a Spiritual being in the Flesh, that the devil/satan also is a spiritual being , after this event we also see other witnesses to this account being the Writers, who informed us of this Spiritual realm, where these things exist, and also the Angels who also came and ministered to Jesus.

Now moving into Luke 4:14 where we see Jesus Christ return after this attempted temptation of Satan which Failed, returning unto Galilee in the Power & Spirit.

Luk 4:14  And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

To be continued in Part 27, here are some verses to read before reading the next part.

Act 2:17  And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

2Ti 3:16  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

1Pe 1:12  Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
2Pe 1:21  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 25

So now we continue in part 25 covering what 1st & 2nd Corinthians shows us on the Spiritual & Carnal, here are the 1st verses to start us off.

1Co 2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1Co 2:10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
1Co 2:11  For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

Here we start off with Paul showing us that God has prepared things for those who Love Him, because no have seen, or heard, nor even seen what has been put into the Hearts of men, by Gods love for us, in 2:10 we have God revealing to us by His Own Spirit, and this Spirit of his searches all things, including the deep things of God, to teach us, 2:11 for as man or carnal man only knows of the things of carnal man, save the the spirit of man which is in him, so the things of God know no man at all, Only the Spirit of God, show we need God to teach us from His Spirit.

Now the next lot of verses:

1Co 2:12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1Co 2:13  Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

In verse 2:12, speaking back in reference to those in the Body of Christ, an received the Spirit of Christ, by the Baptism of the Holy Ghost/Spirit, show we no longer have the spirit of the world in us, but that Spirit, which is of God, so we might know the things that God teaches to us freely, 2:13 for now the things we now speak, are not those things of mans earthly wisdom, but that which the Holy Ghost Teaches us, showing us the Spiritual things with Spiritual things, applying to both the Old & New Testament, opening the believer up to see the Spiritual Realm.

Now the next verses:

1Co 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
1Co 2:15  But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
1Co 2:16  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

In verse 2:14 it shows the natural man is unable to discern the Spiritual things of God, as they are foolishness to them, and they are unable to know them, because they have not God’s Spirit to help them discern these things, so they will most likely apply alot of Physical ailments to things of the more scientific mind to explain sin, and not really opened to the Spiritual side of which led to that Sin, 2:15 he that is now filled with Gods Spirit, is able to Judge all things, discern all things, yet he himself, is no ruler of men, knowing that God is his Judge, 2:16 asks us, who has know the mind of God, that we might instruct him, but in essence, it is he who instructs us, for now we have the Mind of Christ.

Now we start on lot of verses in the next chapter.

(1Co 3:1 KJV)  And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
(1Co 3:1 KJV+)  AndG2532 I,G1473 brethren,G80 couldG1410 notG3756 speakG2980 unto youG5213 asG5613 unto spiritual,G4152 butG235 asG5613 unto carnal,G4559 even asG5613 unto babesG3516 inG1722 Christ.G5547
1Co 3:2  I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Here in 3:1 Paul states that he couldn’t speak to them in the spiritual, but unto those who as babes in Christ still, showing he had to use the carnal examples, to show Spiritual truths, whereby he says, i have fed you with milk, as a babe, still requires milk to live, and isn’t yet ready for hard meats, and wouldn’t be able to bear it as we finish 3:2.

To the next verses.

(1Co 3:3 KJV)  For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?
(1Co 3:3 KJV+)  ForG1063 ye areG2075 yetG2089 carnal:G4559 forG1063 whereasG3699 there is amongG1722 youG5213 envying,G2205 andG2532 strife,G2054 andG2532 divisions,G1370 areG2075 ye notG3780 carnal,G4559 andG2532 walkG4043 asG2596 men?G444
(1Co 3:4 KJV)  For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?
(1Co 3:4 KJV+)  ForG1063 whileG3752 oneG5100 saith,G3004 IG1473 (G3303) amG1510 of Paul;G3972 andG1161 another,G2087 IG1473 am of Apollos;G625 areG2075 ye notG3780 carnal?G4559

He then states, they are still carnal, where strife in the carnal was still among them, causing divisions, walking like sinful men, who still know not of the Spiritual things happening around them, of what caused these things, he then uses there own example, of one saying I was baptized of Paul, or another Apollos, causing division in the Body, which would be no different than one person saying, I am of the Christadelphians, an there better than you, and the other saying I’m of the Methodist and their wiser than you, then ending in this question, are you acting carnal because of such matters, acting like one persons faith is better than another.

Now to the next verse.

1Co 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Here we see Paul reminding the Body of Christ in Corinth, that they altogether make up the Temple of God, and that God’s Spirit now dwells in them, even though they are still babes in Christ, learning from the carnal to understand the Spiritual.

Now the next verse from chapter 9.

(1Co 9:11 KJV)  If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?
(1Co 9:11 KJV+)  IfG1487 weG2249 have sownG4687 unto youG5213 spiritual things,G4152 is it a great thingG3173 ifG1487 weG2249 shall reapG2325 yourG5216 carnal things?G4559

Here Paul states a question, if i have shown unto you Spiritual things that God has shown & Taught him, is is a good thing, that we shall reap of the fleshly carnal things, that don’t always give glory to God.

Now the next verses found in chapter 15.

1Co 15:44  It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1Co 15:45  And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
1Co 15:46  Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
1Co 15:47  The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

In verse 44, we see Paul making reference to the Natural & Spiritual Body expanding on the spiritual body part, we can also apply this to spiritual beings good & evil, verse 45 we see reference to the 1st Natural Body being Adam, who was also made a living soul, then he makes reference to the Spiritual Body, the Last Adam who was made of the Quickening Spirit, verse 46 he shows us the comparison between the 1st & last Adam again, moving into verse 47 Adam is of the Earth, and 2nd man is the Lord himself from Heaven above.

Now to the next verses 48-50.

1Co 15:48  As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
1Co 15:49  And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
1Co 15:50  Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Now Paul in verse 48 says shows as there is the earthly body, so is there also in heavenly body or bodies(spiritual bodies) so just as there is spiritual bodies that represent evil, we have earthly bodies that represent that evil, verse 49 showing we are borne of the earthly bodies image, then we shall also become like that of heavenly bodies in there image, if you remember when Christ spoke to the Sadducee concerning the resurrection, verse 50 then Paul says, our flesh & blood can’t inherit the Kingdom of God, nor does corruption inherit incorruptible.

Now we will move into 2nd Corinthians in chapter 10.

2Co 10:1  Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:
2Co 10:2  But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.
2Co 10:3  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

Moving into verse 1, Paul comes to us in meekness & gentleness through Jesus Christ, coming to bring this message in humbleness to the saints, though being absent, speaking in boldness to them, verse 2 addressing that he may not be bold, when present with them, with confidence, being bold against those which think of those who now think of him walking according to the flesh & not the spirit, verse 3, he then says, as we walk in the flesh, we no longer war after the flesh, so he is preparing the saints, for things that the enemy(Satan) does in the Spiritual.

Now the next verses 4-6.

(2Co 10:4 KJV)  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(2Co 10:4 KJV+)  (ForG1063 theG3588 weaponsG3696 of ourG2257 warfareG4752 are notG3756 carnal,G4559 butG235 mightyG1415 through GodG2316 toG4314 the pulling downG2506 of strong holds;)G3794
2Co 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2Co 10:6  And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Now he tells us the weapons of our warfare, aren’t carnal, showing we are dealing with a spiritual foe, but we are Mighty through God, who is Spirit, to the pulling down of these Spiritual Strongholds in verse 4, verse 5 with the foe sending forth imaginations, that want to exalt themselves against the Knowledge of God, by which we must cast down & rebuke, bringing into captivity every thought that the foe sends to come to obedience in Christ, verse 6 and having prepared in all readiness to revenge all disobedience, when we obey and it is fulfilled when the Spirit of Christ shows us the way to overcome.

Now we will move to some verses in Galatians.

Gal 5:16  This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:17  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Gal 5:18  But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

In verse 16, Paul shows us we must Walk in the Spirit, and not fulfill any temptations that we experience through the flesh, verse 17 it shows us, even though we do have Gods Spirit in us now, our flesh, which still represents the earthly body, the body that fell into sin will now be the Christians battle, with the enemy Spiritual Satan sending temptations for the flesh to fall at any chance to hinder the Believers walk, so one can walk contrary to the Word of God, verse 18, we are told if we are led by the Spirit of God, we are no longer under the Law, that showed us we are under the Penalty of Sin.

To be continued in Part 26 where we will show the Heavenly Flesh of Jesus, here are some other verses to read through in regards to the Spiritual & Carnal before reading the next part.

Heb 4:12  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

(Heb 7:16 KJV)  Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.
(Heb 7:16 KJV+)  WhoG3739 is made,G1096 notG3756 afterG2596 the lawG3551 of a carnalG4559 commandment,G1785 butG235 afterG2596 the powerG1411 of an endlessG179 life.G2222

(Heb 9:10 KJV)  Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.
(Heb 9:10 KJV+)  Which stood onlyG3440 inG1909 meatsG1033 andG2532 drinks,G4188 andG2532 diversG1313 washings,G909 andG2532 carnalG4561 ordinances,G1345 imposedG1945 on them untilG3360 the timeG2540 of reformation.G1357

(Lev 18:20 KJV)  Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour’s wife, to defile thyself with her.
(Lev 18:20 KJV+)  Moreover thou shalt notH3808 lie carnallyH5414 H7903 H2233 withH413 thy neighbour’sH5997 wife,H802 to defileH2930 thyself with her.

(Lev 19:20 KJV)  And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
(Lev 19:20 KJV+)  And whosoeverH376 H3588 liethH7901 carnallyH7902 H2233 withH854 a woman,H802 thatH1931 is a bondmaid,H8198 betrothedH2778 to an husband,H376 and notH3808 at all redeemed,H6299 H6299 norH176 H3808 freedomH2668 givenH5414 her; she shall beH1961 scourged;H1244 they shall notH3808 be put to death,H4191 becauseH3588 she was not free.H2666 H3808

(Num 5:13 KJV)  And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner;
(Num 5:13 KJV+)  And a manH376 lieH7901 withH854 her carnally,H7902 H2233 and it be hidH5956 from the eyesH4480 H5869 of her husband,H376 and be kept close,H5641 and sheH1931 be defiled,H2930 and there be noH369 witnessH5707 against her, neitherH3808 sheH1931 be takenH8610 with the manner;

The Christadelphian Blasphemy Part 24

In Part 24, I’d like to start to cover scriptures addressing of The Carnal & The Spiritual.

So the best way to start this off is by quoting from the New Testament starting off in the book of John chapter 4 verses 21-24.

Joh 4:21  Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
Joh 4:22  Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
Joh 4:23  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
Joh 4:24  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Here we see Jesus addressing the Woman at the Well, in regards to Worship of the Heavenly Father, He then states, that He knows what they worship, then saying Salvation is of the Jews, moving forward, he says the hour comes when all True Worshippers of the Father God Of Israel, Shall Worship Him, IN SPIRIT & IN TRUTH, after this He says God is a SPIRIT, and they must Worship him in Spirit & in Truth.

So in Basic Terms, God is a Spiritual Being, and to Understand God in all truth, we must Look thru Spiritual Eyes, not our carnal eyes for the answers, we also see the Connection that the Spirit of God links to Truth, even Truth about all things Spiritual in both the Old Testament & New, and that even the Spiritual can affect the Physical or Carnal World.

Moving into the next verse found in Philippians 3:3

Php 3:3  For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Here Paul is talking of the circumcision being Spiritual circumcision, by stating that by this circumcision, which we as Believers are now able to Worship God in the Spirit, to rejoice in Christ, and not have confidence in the Flesh for Answers, like many of the Christadelphians do in many of their books & studies.

Now lets move over to some verses in the letters of Peter.

1Pe 2:5  Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1Pe 3:18  For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

1Pe 4:6  For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

In 1 pe 2:5 we are called lively stones, built upon a Spiritual House, of Holy Priesthood, offering up Spiritual Sacrifices that are to be acceptable to God by Jesus Christ, in 1 Pe 3:18 that Christ only needed to suffer once only for our sins, both for the Just & Unjust, who was put to death in the flesh, but Quickened by the Spirit of God to bring Man & God together, in 1 Pe 4:6 we are called to those who are dead spiritually, that they to might be judged according to the men in the flesh or carnal, and remembering to Live according to God in the Spirit, show how important it is to even discern the things that are Spiritual & those things that be Carnal.

Now we will move into some verses in the book of Romans.

(Rom 7:14 KJV)  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
(Rom 7:14 KJV+)  ForG1063 we knowG1492 thatG3754 theG3588 lawG3551 isG2076 spiritual:G4152 butG1161 IG1473 amG1510 carnal,G4559 soldG4097 underG5259 sin.G266
Rom 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

In verses 7:14, we are told the Law is Spiritual, an Paul concludes, that he is carnal/fleshly, an sold under the penalty of sin, in verses 8:1-2, He then tells us that we have now, no condemnation through Christ Jesus, who Christ himself, never walked after the flesh, but Straight Spirit, meaning he would seen alot of things through Spiritual Sight, going into the Law of the Spirit of Life, in Christ Jesus, has now made us free from the law of sin, that leads us unto death.

Now the next verses in Romans.

Rom 8:3  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Rom 8:4  That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:5  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
(Rom 8:6 KJV)  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(Rom 8:6 KJV+)  ForG1063 to be carnallyG4561 mindedG5427 is death;G2288 butG1161 to be spirituallyG4151 mindedG5427 is lifeG2222 andG2532 peace.G1515

In verse 8:3 he states the law we couldn’t follow, was in that by our weak flesh, was unable to be accomplished, so God sending His Own Son, in the Likeness or Appearance of our sinful flesh, and for sin overall to be condemned in the Flesh that God made for Jesus,8:4 so that the Righteousness of His Law might be fulfilled in us, who don’t walk after the flesh, but follow His Spirit,8:5 stating those that go after the flesh, do fleshly things aka carnal things, those that follow after the Spirit, will reap things of the Spirit, 8:6 ending this part, to be carnally/fleshly minded leads to death, where to be Spiritually Minded leads to life & peace.

Now the next verses from Romans.

(Rom 8:7 KJV)  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(Rom 8:7 KJV+)  BecauseG1360 theG3588 carnalG4561 mindG5427 is enmityG2189 againstG1519 God:G2316 forG1063 it is not subjectG5293 G3756 to theG3588 lawG3551 of God,G2316 neitherG3761 indeedG1063 canG1410 be.

Rom 8:8  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
Rom 8:9  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Rom 8:10  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

in 8:7 we see the word Enmity used, which translates to hostility, and it doesn’t at all translate to opposer or accuser, and is in reference to how hostile the flesh can act towards God, as it refuses to be subject to the law of God, 8:8, so all those in the flesh are unable to please God, that even includes the unsaved,8:9 paul coming back to the point that we are now born again, and of the spirit, by indication that now the Spirit of God, now dwells in the believer, not that no believer is able to achieve this without the Spirit of Chris, he isn’t of Gods, 8:10, for is Christs Spirit is in you, the body is now dead to sin period, and now have the Spirit of Life & Righteousness.

Moving forward to the next verses in Romans.

Rom 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Rom 8:12  Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
Rom 8:13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Now in verse 8:11 he says, if the Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the Dead dwell in you, he will raise you up from the dead, and quicken our mortal bodies by His Spirit that he has put in us,verse 12 showing we are no longer have a debt to pay in the flesh, to live after this flesh, verse 13 if we live to obey the flesh, it will die, but if we allow the Spirit to mortify or chastise the deeds of the body, we shall continue to live in his presence.

now verses 14-16

Rom 8:14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Rom 8:16  The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Paul continues as many are led by Gods Spirit, whoever you may be in the body of Christ, that they are the sons/daughters/children of God, 15, where we have now been adopted into His Family, and able to call God our Abba, Father,16, The Spirit of God itself will also bear witness with our own spirit, that we are the children of God.

Now verse 15:27 of Romans.

(Rom 15:27 KJV)  It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
(Rom 15:27 KJV+)  It hath pleasedG2106 them verily;G1063 andG2532 theirG848 debtorsG3781 they are.G1526 ForG1063 ifG1487 theG3588 GentilesG1484 have been made partakersG2841 of theirG848 spiritual things,G4152 their dutyG3784 is alsoG2532 to ministerG3008 unto themG846 in carnal things.G4559

In this verse Paul is addressing how the gentiles are debtors to the Jews/Israel because they have become partakers of Spiritual things that originally belong to them, and that it is our duty to minister to them in the carnal things they need, so in other words, showing Love to our fellow neighbour or Jew, whether they accept the message or not of Jesus Christ, whether you see them as false Jews or not, there is a reward for it.

To Be continued in Part 25 where we will cover verses in 1 Corinthians
